The hotel is quite the place! I got to experience kind service when the staff helped me organize a surprise for my family with champagne and spa treatments. This made it even more special, you know, it’s those little things that matter.

Wow, this place is a hidden gem! The views from the upstairs bar are just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Plus, the staff really made us feel special. Sandra, who checked us in, was super friendly, and Carlos is such a charmer! The only thing I’d say is the music by the bar was a bit loud at times.
